Along the route, there are six designated rest areas where the tour guide imparts insightful lessons on Mount Liamuiga's history and the flourishing natural vegetation lining the path.To conquer the trail up to its peak at 2800 feet, a reasonable level of physical fitness or prior hiking experience is essential.
