We were a family of 7 and we had a wonderful time with Carlos. He is the owner of the tour group and he was friendly and engaging. We created a custom tour with Zip-lining, Mayan Chocolate making and horseback riding. Both zip lining and horseback riding were great- the entire family enjoyed it…. And we had from grandparents to teenager aged folks. We were provided good food for lunch ( we had informed him that we are vegetarian and he accommodated it). Be prepare for driving time… we started at 7:15am and returned around 5:15pm.
Service is safe, friendly and informative. Carlos is the driver and coordinates the excursion to the different places<div class="row"></div>
Carlos went above and beyond, again and again, throughout the 4 days we spent touring Belize with him. Not only was he a wealth of knowledge on Belizean history and culture, he knew exactly which of the many excursions on our list would make the perfect mix for 4 generations of travelers on our family trip so we could really pack those days with the most fun and rewarding experiences for all. Beyond that, he took it on himself to help my mother-in-law traverse some treacherous terrain so she could get to hidden waterfalls and ancient ruins she wouldn't have been able to see on her own. Carlos was the man, and the trip would not have been the same without him!<div class="row"></div>
Did an all day tour which included the Mayan Ruins, lunch and cave tubing. Our guide, Carlos, was amazing! He climbed the ruins with us and guided us through the caves! Ruins were beautiful, be prepared to climb steps that are higher than usual. It’s worth it to get to the top. Views are amazing! Lunch of stewed chicken was delicious! Cave tubing was very fun, the water was cold, but not terribly bad. It is a 30 min. walk to begin the cave tubing, but the tubes were waiting for us so we didn’t have to carry them. I would recommend this tour!<div class="row"></div>
