3 is being kind because the tour guide was personable. The idea is to bring you to 4 stops, 3 with savory food and end the night with a sweet. I was surprised the restaurants served such mediocre food. With a captive audience of 18 (which was about 6 people too many), the 3 restaurants served average food at best. Fish fritters, chicken sandwich and boiled beef? The restaurants gave us very little reason to return. The drinks were various watered down and sugery tourist swill. The evening ended with us sitting scattered around an itailian restaurant waiting for nearly an hour for our sweet. The profiteroles or cream puffs were very good, but judging from the fact that they were half frozen, my guess is the restaurant thought the tour was on a different night. The Tour Guide, "Beach", was very friendly and knowledgeable. He held this huge group together as best as he could. But most times he was being heard by half of the people and I can't really blame him for the food choices. The idea for this tour is very good. The execution needs work.
