Cancellation Conditions
You may cancel the Service Agreements in accordance with the cancellation conditions specified by the supplier. The description of the Activity on our Platform or the voucher/ticket issued for the Activity will detail the specific cancellation conditions applicable to your booking. Please review these conditions carefully at the time of booking.
Deposits and Refunds
If you choose to reserve a booking or Services with a 15% deposit, please note that this deposit is non-refundable. However, the remaining 85% of the payment is eligible for a refund if the cancellation falls within the correct terms specified by the supplier. It is important to adhere to the supplier’s cancellation conditions to qualify for this refund.
Travel Insurance
If you have opted to purchase our travel insurance, you will receive a full refund of all costs excluding the travel insurance fee. The travel insurance fee is non-refundable.
Intermediary Role
Local Caribbean Tours acts as an intermediary between suppliers and bookers. If any issues arise between suppliers and bookers, we are committed to analyzing the situation and facilitating a resolution. In cases where we determine that a refund is warranted, we will issue the refund accordingly.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your booking details and the reason for your cancellation. We will review your request in line with the supplier’s cancellation conditions and our refund policy, and respond promptly.
