Did an all day tour which included the Mayan Ruins, lunch and cave tubing. Our guide, Carlos, was amazing! He climbed the ruins with us and guided us through the caves! Ruins were beautiful, be prepared to climb steps that are higher than usual. It’s worth it to get to the top. Views are amazing! Lunch of stewed chicken was delicious! Cave tubing was very fun, the water was cold, but not terribly bad. It is a 30 min. walk to begin the cave tubing, but the tubes were waiting for us so we didn’t have to carry them. I would recommend this tour!<div class="row"></div>
Carlos was AMAZING! He was so funny and knowledgable about the history, geology and rain forest of Belize. We learned so much on our drive to Xunantunich and at the temples/pyramids. He was patient with us when we slowly climbed "El Castillo" and very protective of us on the way down. He gave very good directions on how to enter and ride the ferry. He also taught us things about the rain forest on our walk to the cave tubing. He was a "beast" pulling all 6 of us through the cave. He was a great guide and wished we could have taken more of his tours.<div class="row"></div>
We had an action-packed day trip for our family of five with Errolynn. We were staying on San Pedro, so took the short flight back to Belize city and had a nice drive through the country headed west to Xunantunich. Errolynn gave us lots of information about Belize and the Mayan civilization on our trip to the site. We toured Xunantunich hitting the highlights of the ruins and getting a short course on Mayan civilization and culture. Errolynn called ahead for us to pick up lunch on the go on our way to cave tubing. This was a unique experience for our 18,15, and 11 year old children and a great way to cool off on a warm day.
We were in a bit of a time crunch to get back to the airport after our activities but Errolynn expertly and efficiently got us back to make our flight with time to spare.
It was an extraordinary day of sightseeing and adventure made easy and fun by our exceptional guide. Thank you again for a great day trip off the island!<div class="row"></div>
Carlos, our tour guide and owner, took us to the Altun Ha Mayan Ruins and water tubing through the caves. We had a delicious lunch at a road side restaurant. Carlos is very passionate about his Mayan heritage and it certainly came through in sharing his information and knowledge. The Ruins and Caves are a definite must see - especially with Carlos as your guide!<div class="row"></div>

We booked a Mayan ruin tour and cave tubing with Blue Morpho Tours and could not be happier. That day was a highlight of our trip. Our guide was knowledgeable, fun, engaging and an amazing driver. We learned so much about the country and its culture. The food was delicious too. We would not change a thing about that day.<div class="row"></div>
