Wendle was fantastic and made the experience unforgettable. The conversation was great and covered a lot of the history and background of the island. We really enjoyed the restaurants, stops at historical landmarks and the company of our guide. There were more than a few 'wow' moments between the tastes, drinks and fascinating anecdotes. Agree with other reviewers this is a good 'early in your trip' experience.<div class="row"><div class="col-3"><img src="" alt="Comment Image" style="max-width: 100%;margin-bottom:10px"></div></div>

We had a great tour. It lasted about 3.5 hours and consisted of walking around Oranjestad and enjoying new meals- this tour lasted much longer than I expected. Evy was very knowledgeable and passionate, she shared a LOT about Aruba, the restaurants, and answered every question that was asked. The first restaurant served fresh fish and an Aruba Ariba. We then had the best mojito ever with fish and a beef option. While there, we were serenaded by live music. Our third stop was two johnny cakes and fresh lemonade. My only recommendation would be to move the tour along at a slightly faster pace, as our final stop was cold pizza. The restaurant seemed to have been closed for the night, and I think were waiting for us, which was so kind. We had an amazing tour with Evy. She was very knowledgeable on Aruba history. We had a great tour of the city. Excellent food and drink samples. Our guide was so fun and was ready to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend. We had the pleasure of having Evy as our guide! You can tell she enjoys it! We visited 4 food stops, and Evy was very knowledgeable about significant historical places on our way to each location. Great food and experience. We enjoyed each stop, however, at the last place they seemed unprepared and had a piece of cold pizza and a glass of wine. I think this stop probably could have been swapped, taken out, or revised. We had the tour with Evy as our guide. She was so courteous and personable. She made the tour very fun and informative. She knew the locals and was able to get our parties through each stop without any issues; so smooth and easy! The information provided was interesting and not too overwhelming as some thousand can be. We went at a great pace and had a good evening. As for the restaurants, the first one was fantastic with local fisherman and the drink of the island. The 2nd had great live music, a chill vibe with the best mojito! The 3rd had Johnnycake which was such a great experience and the lemonade was so refreshing. The 4th place was my least favorite and I could have done without. The pizza was old and cold and we were the only people there, so it seemed like we got the last of whatever they had. Maybe it would have been different at peak dinnertime?
